Who we are

Pearson Jones is a brand of JECE Enterprises, LLC, a limited liability company registered in Texas, operating from 48 W 25th Street, Suite 602, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10010. Contact: support@pearsonjones.com.

Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout. Payments are processed by Whop, Inc. on our behalf and appear on your statement with a descriptor starting WHOP*. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and you receive a receipt. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, a price was displayed in error, or we cannot verify the payment.

Products

Leather is a natural material. Color, grain and markings vary from piece to piece and from the images on this site, which are studio renders made from photographs of the products. Measurements are approximate.

Limits

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of New York County, unless the law where you live gives you a right to a different forum.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
