- Order details: the items you buy, your name, shipping address, email address and the order total.
- Payment details: entered directly into the Whop checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
- Support messages: the emails you send us.
- Site usage: anonymous page view counts through Cloudflare Web Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or pixels.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order, answer your messages, handle returns and refunds, meet tax and accounting obligations, and keep the site secure.
Who processes it
- Whop (whop.com) processes payments and collects your shipping address at checkout.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores order records.
- Shopify stores order and fulfillment records so that our fulfillment team can ship your order.
- Our email provider delivers order and support emails.
- The carrier receives your name and address to deliver the parcel.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it for tax or fraud prevention. Email support@pearsonjones.com.
Cookies
The site uses local browser storage to remember your cart. The Whop checkout sets the cookies it needs to process payment. There are no marketing cookies.
